What goes into every piece

Club duty, not living-room duty
The listings repeat one line: designed for commercial gyms and clubs to be used 100 times a day versus 100 times a year in a home gym. That club standard shows in reinforced handle sleeves on the tubes, rustproof grommets on the mats and rubber ends on the dumbbells, and it is what lets the gear meet the rigorous demands of a class schedule.

Color tells you the weight
Vinyl dumbbells, kettlebells and medicine balls are color coded, with the weight printed on the piece as well, so weight identification takes a glance. In a shared space nobody reads a label; they reach for the teal one, and a weight set builds up one color at a time.

Tubes you can swap, not replace
The tube kit uses metal carabiners, so one set of foam handles, one door anchor and one ankle strap serve five resistance levels. Outgrow a band and you clip in the next one rather than buying a new set.

Gear that packs flat
The slide board rolls into a mesh bag, the Xertubes stash in a suitcase, the thick mat folds in half with handles. Easy storage runs through the range: it is built for people who train where they can, not where a rack lives.
Rubber, vinyl, iron and foam
Resistance tubing is natural rubber made by a dipped process, with a Tuff tube version for abrasion and a braided version that twists three tubes into one rope. Handles get a plug, a protective sleeve and a grommet reinforcement at the point where tubes usually fail.
Weights come in three skins. A vinyl coating covers the light dumbbells and the Deluxe kettlebells, so they give a secure grip and sit on a wooden floor without marking it. Rubber encases the ends of the hex dumbbells and dampens the clang of a rack. Medicine balls are thick-walled rubber with a textured, basketball-like surface.
Mats are closed-cell foam that keeps its shape rolled, stacked or hung; the folding mat adds a two-inch core under a vinyl cover that wipes clean. Wipe tubing with a damp cloth and keep it out of sun: rubber ages with light and dust more than with use.
| Tubes | Natural rubber, dipped; Tuff tube and braided versions |
|---|---|
| Light dumbbells and kettlebells | Cast iron or iron core, vinyl coated |
| Hex dumbbells | Rubber encased ends, chrome contoured handle |
| Medicine balls | Thick-walled rubber, textured surface |
| Mats | Closed-cell foam; folding mat in vinyl cover |
| Dip bars | Solid iron, 400 lb rating, foam grips |

Colours and weights sell out one at a time
A 12-pound pair or a medium red tube can be gone while the rest of the line sits in stock.

A hotel room at six in the morning
An Xertube with its door anchor weighs less than a pair of shoes and runs rows, presses and curls off any door. The figure-8 band covers arms and shoulders without even that, and the printed exercise guide that comes with the tube kit fills a week of sessions.

A garage with one shelf
Hex dumbbells stack on the floor without rolling under the car, and the colour-coded kettlebells sit flat on their bases. A folded mat leans against the wall.

Group class, forty mats to put away
The hanging mat has rustproof grommets for exactly that: hook it on the wall, it lies flat next time. Vinyl hand weights go back on the rack by colour.

Knees that are done with jumping
The slide board turns lateral conditioning into a glide, and the balance dome puts squats and planks on an unstable surface at no impact. Both are standard tools in physical therapy, and both pack away afterwards.
About the Spri range
The range covers the small gear of a gym: resistance tubes and bands, hand weights, kettlebells, medicine balls, mats and the odd board or bar. The eighteen pieces here are the ones that make sense to buy for a home, from the light vinyl dumbbells to a pair of iron dip bars.
The range is built to a club standard rather than a consumer one, which is why the tubes carry reinforced sleeves and the mats carry grommets. Buy for a bedroom and the gear simply outlasts the room.
Choosing comes down to the movement. Pulling and pressing wants tubes or a Superband; squats, swings and carries want iron to develop muscular strength; floor work wants a mat; balance work wants the board or the dome. Most households end up with one of each.
This is an independent catalogue of the range, not the manufacturer's own shop.
